None at all. The lucky winner of our spot the ball competitions will win a prize or cash. Guaranteed!

Who can enter?
What are my chances of winning?
Much better odds than any National Lottery! There are 2 ways you can win. Firstly you could win the prize offered if enough entries are made for that particular prize. Secondly you can win cash if there are not enough entries (tickets sold) to pay for the prize. In this 2nd case there will be a guaranteed cash prize fund. This will continually change as the tickets are sold and will be displayed on the web site in that particular competition. So actually the fewer people that enter the more chance you have of winning cash!
Can I enter more than once?
You can enter up to a maximum of 20 times per competition.
How and when will the winner be decided?
The closing date and time of each competition is displayed on each prize. The person who has placed their mark the closest to where the panel of judges determine the centre of the ball is within the original picture wins.
What if two or more people guess the same spot do they both win?
In this case, the two or more winners will then have a second spot the ball picture offered to them as a tie break. This will operate in the same way as the first competition, to see who the winner is. This process will repeat as many times as required to allow for one winner.
Who decides the winner?
The winner is decided by a panel of judges that pick where the centre of the ball should be in their opinion.
Can I challenge the Judges decision
No, The Judges opinion and decision is final.
How long before I get my prize or Cash?
This will vary, if its cash we aim to get this to you by direct bank transfer, within 14 days of the winner being decided by the panel of Judges. We will need to do some security checks before sending the money, but the winner will receive the total amount of money displayed on each competition as the guaranteed cash prize. If the prize is won and awarded because enough tickets are sold, the Prize itself is transferred within no later than 28 days or purchased on the winner´s behalf as soon as possible. If a purchase of the prize is required, e.g. a new super car, the delivery will be as soon as the prize is in stock or available.
Where will you ship / deliver my prize to
We will arrange for delivery to most countries but reserve the right to refuse to deliver to some countries at our discretion.
Will it cost me anything to receive the prize?
No it shouldn´t do as all legal and registration fees and solicitors costs (for property e.g. stamp duty) will be paid for from ticket sales. If the prize (other than property) cannot be made available in your country of choice you will be responsible for shipping and any applicable import taxes to your country from the UK. In this case it may be better for you to elect to take the cash alternative and buy your prize local to you.
What does it mean when it says 'Guaranteed Prize Fund'?
Each prize will show a Gauranteed Prize Fund. This will increase as more tickets are sold and if not enough tickets are sold to enable the prize to be won, then the money shown as the Gauranteed Prize Fund becomes the Prize that will be won. So its always worth buying a tickets even if the tickets sold are short of the amount required to win the prize because you could end up with a bundle of cash instead!
